How do I deactivate and/or reactivate my account?

Deactivate Your Account
If you would like to deactivate your account, please fill out our contact form using the email address you used to create your account. Specify in the email that you would like to deactivate an account. A RareGuru team member will deactivate your account and send a confirmation to your email address. 

Reactivate Your Account
If you have previously deactivated an account and would like to reactivate it, please fill out our contact form using the email address you used to originally create your account. Specify in the email that you would like to reactivate an inactive account. A RareGuru team member will reactivate your account and send a confirmation to your email address.

How can I add/delete/edit symptoms after I create my account?

Editing your symptoms is easy! Simply login to the RareGuru app then click the profile icon in the top right hand corner (white circle with a tiny blue person in it.) Scroll down to the My Symptoms section on your profile and click the "edit" button then add or delete symptoms.

How can I add a diagnosis after I create my account?
